Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the vitalityprowash.com website (the "Service") operated by Vitality Pro Wash ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Services

Vitality Pro Wash provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to window cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided online or over the phone are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person inspection if the scope of work differs significantly from the initial description. All prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Property Preparation and Damage

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are securely closed and that sensitive items (e.g., outdoor furniture, electronics, delicate plants) are moved away from the work area prior to our arrival. While we take the utmost care, Vitality Pro Wash is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor maintenance, or improperly sealed areas.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vitality Pro Wash and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vitality Pro Wash, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
